The European Union emphasizes integrating Arts into STEM education in diverse, multicultural schools. The M2-Cm project innovatively tackles this through Arts integration in STEM, engaging multicultural approaches, and addressing Math phobia using music and movement. The project highlights math as a creative subject, aiming to alleviate anxiety and improve performance by incorporating Music and Creative Movement into Math learning, fostering interaction and positive academic outcomes.
The project aims to produce tangible results like a Teachers Guide, activities repository, and an e-learning platform while also achieving intangible outcomes such as expanding knowledge, improving management skills, fostering intercultural awareness, and aiding students in overcoming barriers and improving their perception of Math. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance educators' skills in STEAM approaches and introduce more effective Math learning methods to students.
